I posted an ad for the apartment. I have a bazillion responses! The couple who came to see it already seemed like a great fit. People are racing over here, telling me they like my ad, etc. yay! I didn't really think about this being a process of telling people no.
I got a statement from the oil company. I owed them $1410.76 and they took 470.26 so now I just owe 940.30. I am astounded. Maybe I did not include enough in the rent to cover heating. I aimed for 1/3 of the monthly average, but I doubt it's even that. I also need to check on the company's bookkeeping. I thought it was down to around $500 owing to them. geez.
