Creation!
So, we had our first concert tonight, at St. Mary’s Cathedral. It went well! Everything went smoothly, we were ready early, the audience was smallish but enthusiastic (and donated a substantial amount of money!), and the kids sang very well. When I played with, there was this fan a little behind me and it kept blowing my music, but thankfully never all the way off the stand… Anyway, after that we just came back here, had short small groups, and then the kids finished packing and went to bed. I did one load of laundry, and packed, and now I really should get to sleep-I need to get up at 6:30. We meet at 8, have breakfast and mass, and we’re on the road at 10. Wooohooo! Tomorrow we’re heading off to Combined Locks/Appleton, WI, then to Kalamazoo and East Lansing, MI. Hopefully it goes well, is fun, and maybe I’ll even get to see Trevor! So yep, that’s really all that’s going on here….I think it’s bedtime!
