My iPod has decided to crap out on me. Almost one year to the day I got it. Figures. :P
However, I found out that I'm getting quite a considerable raise at work starting October 1st when my department gets restructured. That made me extremely happy, since I'm going to Las Vegas in October as well. The last time I was there a few years ago I learned that I'm not much of a gambler, but I can turn into one with free drinks being handed to me..
I miss Jenn Brooks like crazy. I wish it was November, so that way she'd be home visiting.. I also wish Lucas was still here, since I now live about 4 blocks from where he used to. I'd be hanging out with him nonstop had he not moved back to Portland. But part of me has been seriously considering moving up to Oregon when my lease is up next summer. I'd have two of the best friends I'd ever had up there already, and I'd be away from all of the lame drama that seems to be infesting Denver. But we'll see what happens when that time actually rolls around.
