(no subject)
Remember how I thought I pulled a muscle in my back? Well, I was so wrong about it that. So wrong that it's just ridiculous. Turns out that I have a kidney infection. Which would explain why my back hurt, but doesn't make sense about starting to feel it with I twisted my back. The doctor said that the extra stress in that area probably made itself "more known." But yeah.. I had to find that out during a trip to the ER on Monday afternoon. The two nurses and the doctor were all a bit confused as to how I got the infection, seeing as though I haven't had a bladder infection, a UTI, yeast infections, or anything like that. That's just my luck, though.
The worst part of it is that I can't really do anything. The antibiotics make me incredibly dizzy and nauseous, not to mention that there's this HUGE warning on the side that says I can't have direct sunlight on me or my skin will either blister or burn. Not too pleasant. But seeing as though I have no motivation or desire do to anything except to stay in bed all day, I guess that's okay.
I still loved the fact that when we were in the hospital room, my mom says to me "I've heard of people having sympathy pains, but developing an illness isn't normal. Jenn should be flattered." Hahahaha...
