So i've done research. He seems to be head over heals in love with some female that isn't you. I think there's even marriage discussed. I really think you need to move on.

Me and Nic have thoughroughly discussed marriage. He even bought me a ring this time last year. Ask him. It was the wrong size and he had to take it back.. I wasn't assuming that your little sister was the one he loved, I was saying that he doesn't love your little sister.

Nic doesn't hate me. But I've given him the option. If he moves to Colorado- he loses me for good. So therefore- if he moves- you can fuckin' have him and his little mindgames too. I'm sick of being told one thing by him- and then having him tell everyone else something different. If you love me- let everyone know- and if you don't want to hear from me again- then let me know. Oh, you are dense. Wow...if you had paid attention to the conversation after conversatio where he says "I DON'T WANT YOU IN MY LIFE, I DON'T LOVE YOU, WE NEVER DATED, I DON'T EVER WANT TO DATE YOU, AND NO I'LL NEVER MARRY YOU" you would know that as these conversations happen he becomes more and more insistant.

Now, granted, I have told him to ignore you because you obviously just need this attention (realize now that I'm giving you exactly what you want and will procede only because I find it so amazing how utterly blind you are) but he doesn't because you get him so angry that if he doesn't say something he'll burst.

Really Melinda, get out of his life, he doesn't want you never did. It was a chance encounter in Disney, get over it. You're obsessive and a stalker, and you really need to get some medical attention for all this.
