there are way to many kids that live around the apartment. I hear them for hours after I get home from work. It isnt so bad when they arent playing right out side my balcony. But they sometimes are louder and more annoying than the bugs (cant spell the bugs names) you know the 17 year bugs. Why do kids yell and be loud? I dont care if they go and play somewhere else like down the ways. They are so loud its like they are in my apartment. What else i dont get is why their parents arent like HEY SHUT UP!
anyway i think they are playing tag.
