Good stuff.
I love how I always update on the night before a big test, when I really should be studying. But today was a fabulous day! I was on campus for about 12 hours, but good times were had. I love tabling with my brothers. Especially hearing Garrett say things like "that's free crack, take it!" to people. And watching three brothers accost one unsuspecting person walking through turlington. And playing red light green light with Amos, Dimsey and Garrett.
I finally worked up the courage to go see Dr. Logan today and ask about a rec letter. Now, I've been kinda bummed out this last week about my GRE. (I didn't do as well as I wanted to....Amos is gonna help me with math though.) So I went to Dr. Logan's office and talked about grad school stuff, and I asked him for a rec letter and he was like "Absolutely! I'd love to!" *sigh of relief* from me. Now I just have to do this two more times. But Dr. Logan really put some wind back in my sails, because I was just talking to him about stuff, and he told me that he thought with my GPA and extracurriculars and given the list of schools I'm applying to, he's sure there will be a place for me somewhere. I know he's not grad school god, but it made me feel a lot better to hear it from the former CSD grad coordinator here.
It's gonna be weird to have a college degree in a few months. I never thought I'd see the day. LOL :)
That's pretty much all the big news as of late. National Convention is gonna rock your face off. ATL, what what?
