...Ok, I'm REALLY nervous/excited about this one. Its so different from my usual style, and I took a few liberties with the flashback scene. It's one of my longer works, so I'm excited it even got done! I hate asking for comments, but since I'm so apprehensive about how this will be received, I'd love comments/constructive criticism. It's a new style, as I usually write with shorter sentences. However, I think running them together allowed me to capture the idea of thought and motion and uncertainty, which is exactly what I wanted to do. Hopefully it was accomplished.
