In my English class yesterday, we spent a good portion of class time discussing "Snoop Language," aka adding "iz" to the middle of words. We tried to find a pattern in location; after the first sound?, before the first vowel? Alas, no answers. "shiznit" is an example where the n sound is added to improve the flow of the word. "hizouse" shows that the "iz" is placed after the first sound. "sizweater" makes no sense. And so, we concluded that there is no pattern set in stone, but rather, Snoop does what sounds right.

Please, like I didn't know that already.

In other news, I'm approaching my 3rd midterm in two days. This one will probably be the hardest, just because I'm dumb and can't figure things out.

There has been a visitor at our house for the past few days..Locksley. A stinky "puppy" (he's not that small..) that belongs to Meghan's brother. I wouldn't have a problem with him except that he smells, licks, bites, eats my stila eyeshadow thing, and gnawed off part of the strap on my clogs.

I got a haircut yesterday, and as usual, no one can tell. Or no one cares, one of the two.

Our little Halloween bash is quickly approaching. I'm apprehensive about the whole deal right now, and i'm not sure why. We'll see how it goes.. should be a good time. ;) VISITORS this weekend, yay!

The other day we saw Chappelle and that was funny. There was an article in the Lantern that gave a play by play and it made me laugh just reading it.

The beginning of "Soul meets body" (deathcab) reminds me of "Greek song" (rufus).. even though they're not that similar.
