(no subject)

So its almost 4:30 and I just ate my last thing for the day. I didn't do terrible but I didn't do so well either. Last night was really hard though I went to bed about 2 am and I hadn't eaten since 6pm and I had these really bad hunger pangs and it was really weird I felt really sick like I was going to throw up and I laid there for like 2 hours and was finally able to go to sleep but then I woke up at like 8 and I tried going back to sleep but it didn't work so I got up and ate some chicken broth with 7 saltines in it (100 cals) and then I took a green tea pill and went back to sleep til about 1 but then I got up and I feel like I ate so much I ate 3 slices of light wheat bread (120 cals) and then a slice of ham (60 cals) and then a spoonful of peanut butter (200 cals) I know I shouldn't have had the peanut butter but I couldn't help it blah I feel soo bad and I'm scared that I'm not going to eat something later and I know its only 480 cals and your usually suppose to eat 2000 cals a day but it still feels like so much blah. I'm going to go dance for a while and take another green tea pill hopefully that will make me feel better.
