I've written a short story for an assignment based on something Jack says in Boom Town, and was just wondering if there's anyone who would be willing to do a quick proof-read through it before I submit it. I'd hate to get it back a week after handing it in, to find the teacher has covered it in corrections with red pen. Hopefully it's okay, but since I'm going to be handing it in a bit late, I really need a good grade on it, so any help I can get in the way of checking for mistakes I might have overlooked would be of great help. I know what I mean when I read it, but I'd really like another opinion, just incase I need to go into a bit more detail in places, or something makes no sense, etc.
It's not a Doctor Who fic as such, I've just used a few names out of shows to make it more fun to write. It's about 900 words (it's supposed to be less than 500, but I can get away with 650 or so), so I need to cut it down a bit as well, but I'm not really sure how much I can lose.

(Maybe in a few weeks when I've got some free time I'll come back and expand on it for fun, turn it into something a bit longer. I think I can do more with it.)
