(no subject)
Today I freaked out my Dad, my brother and myself.
I don't think I've ever had period pain this bad or for such a long time. I couldn't stop screaming and a boiling hot bath didn't make it any better. I had to get out and then fainted on my parent's bed due to a combination of the pain, the temperature and the hyperventilation. I think I lay there wrapped in towels for quite a while, refusing to put clothes on for some reason. My Dad was almost as disturbed by the fact that I couldn't move and he could hardly see me breathing for about an hour after that and I couldn't talk. It was really, really horrible and I can imagine that the kind of pain one gets from giving birth is basically like that but worse. This sounds melodramatic but that's how it was.
I think I need to go on the pill. This is bad news as I can't even remember to take my iron supplements every morning :(
