On Fitness, Again

So I weighed myself this morning, and almost fainted from happiness. I'm at 200.5 pounds. 27 pounds lost since January 1st, and the first time I've weighed 200 pounds in over 4 years. More than the weight, I just love how my body is changing. I actually feel like I fit right in clothes now, and I can wear a button down without it bursting open. I just... I'm really happy with how I'm doing. I have a ways to go, but hitting 200 makes me confident that I can get there, healthily.

After weighing, I decided to take measurements again. (In inches)
Bust: 43
Waist: 36
Hips: 43
Thigh: 23
That is at least 1 inch off of every measurement. I also think that means I need a new bra. Again. Certainly my current bras aren't great. Alas. But yeah, my body is changing, and I couldn't be happier.

Sadly, this means that I'll probably have to change up my workout routine soon. Maybe actually start running? Boo.

Anyhow, I've been working out almost every day, and have been cooking a lot more. The meat share is working out really well- this week I did lamb chops and pork ribs, and I have another recipe for pork shoulder that I'll do sometime this coming week. Tonight is avocado pasta, get excited.
