I love watching Monsterquest on History channel. And I love arguing with the shows' host every five minutes, much like the avid sports fanatic who watches any given game on tv and knows what the coach didn't know about how to win the game. And I love the classic Sherlock Holmes tv series with Jeremy Brett, even though I haven't seen the new Sherlock Holmes movie with Downey Jr, I can say for sure that RDJ has nothing on JB. That said, I can see my own nerdy/geekiness because I point out (to myself) the transition from Victorian/Edwardian fashion to more 20th century fashion, in the show that is.
And a modern take on classic Transformers, as JD would put it, "it's HI-larious"
I have to admit, I'm amazingly impressed with the guy who made that Transformers cereal spoof, and to think I wasn't putting much stock in what new media grads could do.
