The day has finally (almost) arrived! Tomorrow at 10 PM Bethany and I are boarding a plane to Lisbon from Dulles airport, tonight I'm afraid I might find sleep elusive...
We are planning to spend about 8 months in Europe, divided between mediterranean Portugal, Spain, and France (plus a week in Moroco for a wedding). Strangely, I will miss these Untied States and (less strangely) many of the fine untied people I know here. I wish you all the best, and I charge you with making certain there are still so many fine things here when my feet wander home...(maybe then I'll feel less untied myself, but...)
