Movie Review: Prince Caspian
Definitely worth the price of a ticket, however, I was a little disappointed with a few things.
Having read the books, I must point out that the movie plot deviates significantly from that of the book. I understand why they did so, but it does put a slightly different light on some of the happenings.
The movie focused a little too much on the power struggle between Peter and Prince Caspian. The scene inside Aslans Howe with the white witch was a little overdone. And the subplot with the children seeing and not seeing Aslan was completely washed over.
Reepicheep and some of the other characters were very well done and there was plenty of subtle humor.
It's a keeper, but if another movie is made, I do hope that they try to keep to the story a little better.
