Heya,
This kinda stems from my last post or my post about maybe by liza minelli or however you spell her surname, and I started thinking about songs that spoke in my life and well thought i'd randomly share.
So here they are in no particular orders sometimes with resons they are on the list

These songs remind me of where i was bout 3-4 years ago and sometimes I go back there but yeah anyways
I believe in a thing called love- The darkness
A song thats garunteed to make my happy and dance like a manic, and this will if i ever get married be my first dance at my wedding future husband has no choice on this, its really the only thing ive decided on and that I want to wear a white dress. Anyways reason I want this is I'll feel less self concious acting like a manic than revolving slowly on the spot.
Rachmaninov 2nd Piano concerto
I love this concerto love it love it love it its is a very romantic piece of music and is beautiful, and one day I would love to play it one day maybe fingers crossed
Elgar cello concerto E minor particularly 1st movment.
Reminds me of my friend jen she played this for her 1st diploma cello when i was in year 11 and its amazing hearing this live and reminds me of our friendship
Rhapsody in Blue
One of my all time favourite pieces of music, from one of my favourite composer george gershwin. I've been listening to these pieces on u tube since i wrote the list and found this amazing version with leonard bernstein playing the piano and conducting the orchestra its amazing really is, I've had respect for bernstein since having to study him at A level music and hearing this version of this piece amazing very gifted muscian.
Lord of the rings movie sounds track- Howard shore
Ok I love the story love the films got me started writting fan fiction got loads of great friends and even though most of them i've lost contact with reminds me of them.
Tell me on a sunday- Andrew Lloyd webber.
First song I sang in a music festival and also was singing this when mrs halliday came in and said I should have singing lessons also sang it in a caberet with rachel so good memories of this song, and its a beautifully sad song.

When I first heard this song was when I was hidding stuff from everyone even myself so resinates with me.

Reminds me of this skiing holiday I had when I was 16 and we were singing this down the slope also guidding camp in the same year were we were singing this song all the time fun times
My fair lady the whole musical
I love the story, of this musical, resenates with my dreamer side, that a girl who has nothing going for her gets picked by a man and changed and blossoms into a beautiful lady, and falls in love in the end in my head that how its ends ok I know its ambigueous ending. Was in a production of this in year 7 and yeah the music is great.

This is random its a funky piece of music but the reason its here is cos it was a piece i played for my grade 6 piano which I failed and it kick me in the bumb and made me practice piano and made me realise how much I love the piano so its quite significant piece and hence why its on the list

My favourite song from one of my favourite musicals The producers, and one of the funniest songs ever remind me of when me and my mum went to see it we didnt know what to expect got chep tickets went and was rolling in our chairs was great.
