I have figured it out!!!! I finally have figured out how George Lucas should have made the prequels to the Star Wars trilogy. Pay close attention because what I am about to say will fucking blow your mind away!!!

So here's how it should go. The first thing he SHOULD have done was get rid of the "episode" thing. Although it is not completely necessary to do so. Anyway here's how I see it. My feeling about it is that they should have used the Planet Of The Apes saga as a guideline. Instead of Starting from Episode one and continuing forward, they should have had beings from the future come back in time to mess with things. You still with me!!!
Those beings would have to be Dark Sith minions of Emperor Palpatine who forsaw his demise and had a contingency plan for when he eventually was killed. They would go back in time maybe using the force to manipulate the flow of time to set themselves back in the past before everything happened to corrupt young Palpatine with the Dark side. which is where you would start. and then from there you would have a series of events unfurl as to how palptine forms his plot to take over the galaxy and how peoples lives would lead up to original trilogy. Which is basically what happens in the Planet of the Apes saga.
