I am now in possession of a dressage whip. Awwwww yeah.
....Don't give me that look |D My friend Paige rides horses and she was getting a new whip anyway, and so kindly bought one for me too! Bohahahahaha.
I feel like a real badass even just holding this thing though, geez. You barely have to wave it around and it makes this great swooshy whipcracky noise! Apparently it is used mostly for the noise to train the horse as opposed to actually hitting stuff with it.
I can see why Franziska von Karma likes hers so much xD
Not to say that it doesn't hurt to get hit with it, obviously. I whacked my arm with it by way of test.... and trust me, it stings :'D
