On behalf of the Manhattan College Admission Committee, it is my pleasure to inform you of your acceptance to the School or Arts as a resident student for entrance to the term beginning in August 2005.
The College seeks to admit students who have demostrated academic ability in a rigorous college preparatory program. You have been selected for admission from an extremely competitve pool of talented young men and women who will be the leaders in the 21st century. The letters of recommendation received on your behalf as well as your involvement in co-curricular, extra-curricular and community activities all indicate that you possess the characteristics we consider important at Manhattan College.
Your acceptance is contingent up on successful completion of current academic work at the same level of achievement.
Enclosed you will find matriculation and boarding card which must be completed and returned with the required non-refundable fees by May 1, 2005. This deposit reserves your residence, your place in class and allows your advisor to get an early start arranging your academic program. Matriculting students will be invited to participate in a comprehensive orientation program which is scheduled in June.
