LIFE WOULD BE A LOT EASIER IF I'D GET INTO SOME KIND OF SLEEP SCHEDULE, THEN AGAIN NOT SLEEPING IS A SCHEDULE RIGHT? IT SEEMED THAT EVERY TIME I'D JUST FALL ASLEEP LAST NIGHT SOMETHING WOULD GO BUMP IN THE NIGHT, AND I'D WAKE UP. WHY IS IT I HAVE SO MUCH TROUBLE SLEEPING IN THE SPRING AND IN THE FALL?
