Monday i came into practice 4 lbs over 121, probably because of all the hydration on saturday's tournament. So, Mr. Mann found out during practice and told me to "go run on the treadmill for a while." I only lost 2 lbs that practice. hmmm...powerbar for dinner, Quaker oatmeal square for breakfast.
