So, today i decided to actually do something and not just sit on my ass. Seeing as there's actually a wrestling tournament on Saturday, (which is really stupid because our team's season ended February 19th and we haven't had any practices since then), I decided that maybe i should make weight for it. I only have about 5 lbs to lose-- :o ONLY FIVE POUNDS?!?!?!? --because i signed up for the 127 lb weight class, instead of the 121 that i wrestled at. The last time i went to this tournament was in 9th grade, and it was a really small tournament...seeing it's in Hagerstown, Maryland.
So, anyways, i went for a bike ride. 2 miles to Barnes and Noble to pick-up some CDs. Wow, what a great day for a bike ride. It was a little misty from rain so i decided i could go and not get soaked. Oops...my bad. That didn't last for long. Basically as soon as i left B+N with the 3 CDs i bought, it started coming down really hard. Yea, so i kinda sprinted the whole way back on my bike. When i finally got home, it looked as if i had gone swimming in my clothes and my legs were KILLING ME. I could hardly stand up for a few seconds. Ugh. Well, no pain no gain. Of course, to lose weight you have to have excercise AND diet. So what's my diet? Less food+water. That always works.
