So what have I been up to these last couple days? Nothing too exciting has been happening in Spain as of late. Although, last weekend was an interesting time...
The 5 of us took a bus trip for 2 1/2 hours to Malaga to visit some friends who graduated from JC last year. Well we arrived around 10:15 at their house and started drinking and playing cards. We all got ready and left for the clubs and when we arrived, it was not a good time. I was drunk, but Fritz was obliterated and they wouldn't let us into the clubs. They claimed it was because we had sneakers on, but it was basically because he was shithoused and could hardly stand up. I was talking to the doorman and he was like "oh I'll talk to them and get you in" and then he just stood there and never actually talked to anyone. Oh well, so then we had to walk 1/2 an hour back to their place, only we couldn't find it because, you know, we'd been in Malaga for like 2 total hours, so we don't know where anything is located. So then I ended up screaming at Fritz because he kept sitting down when I would flag down a cab and then the cab would pull away. Finally I found a cab who refused to take us because Fritz was so drunk, but he told me the place we were going was like 5 blocks away. We managed to walk back and I put Fritz in bed and then I actually watched an NBA game that was on tv...it was ridiculous.
The next day, to avoid any problems, I went to a store and bought some nice black dress shoes, and also a light blue belt with white polka dots (I kid you not). We all hung out and ate dinner and such, and then we left to go into the center of Malaga (a 45 min. metro ride from where we were). We stayed out and partied all night because the metro stopped and we couldn't get back until the metro re-started at 5:30am. We went to a few clubs and just had a pretty normal evening, and then when we finally got on the metro at 5:30, everyone was so tired. Fritz and I had a 20 min. conversation about how much we couldn't wait to return to the US to eat Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Arbys, etc. It was hilarious, especially because nowhere was open to eat, and we were starving. Also, a lady came around to check for tickets, and Fritz somehow lost his, and she kept telling him he needed another ticket and he kept searching for his ticket, and i'm fairly certain he gave her the right one, but she said it was from the previous day and didn't work. He was in a like 10 min. screaming match with this woman who didn't know english hahaha. He knows spanish, but when he's drunk and angry, it's all english. He said "fuck" like 50 times and at one point the lady was like "si si si fuck fuck fuck" and it was hilarious. Luckily his new ticket was only 7.30 euros, and not some outrageous fine. The next day we returned to our lovely Sevillian homes.
This week was pretty boring and we really haven't done too much. I got an A on a lit paper I got back, which was a good occurrence. Then last night, I guess, was pretty eventful. Ashley and Fritz and myself went out to the bar and weren't sure what we were gonna do, and then we met some drunk british kids who just wanted to party. They made me do a tequila shot called a "stunt man" which involves snorting the salt off of your hand, taking the shot, and then squeezing the lemon into your eye...please, nobody, under any circumstances should ever attempt this (except Dean, because you know we'll be doing it when I return home). Then the british people went to find a tapas bar to eat, but nothing was open, so we made a human pyramid and got someone to take our picture. I got off the pyramid, as did fritz, and then the rest of them fell down on the ground right as the police showed up hahaha. Fritz and I just walked away as the cops approached the british kids, and we went back to a bar and just waited for things to blow over. We finally saw the brits like 30 min. later and they didn't get arrested or anything, so that was good. We went to our favorite hangout, Boss, and our boy Toba got us in for free, even though we didn't have passes. Like 20 min. into Boss, one of the brits is dancing on stage, and he takes his shirt off and his pants off hahahaha. It was hilarious, and I thought that was it, until I turned around and then saw him totally naked dancing on stage with 2 british girls. Needless to say, the bouncer kicked him out, and the rest of the kids left except one guy. Oh, our British friends, they will never be forgotten...and I guess now is a good time to mention I'll be leaving for London tonight.
I think that's all for now, but I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on our London trip. Next post might actually be something other than drunken stories, maybe a serious post about things I've been thinking a lot about. I dunno if I want to write it all down or not, because I still haven't figured out what's going on in my own mind, and I doubt anyone wants to listen to it anyways haha. I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving and I'll be back in the US in less than a month! Later Days!

PS. We can't forget another good song suggestion...just for my boy Morris. I love this song.
John Mayer
"St. Patrick's Day"
Here comes the cold
Break out the winter clothes
And find a love to call your own
You - enter you
Your cheeks a shade of pink
And the rest of you in powder blue
Who knows what will be
But I'll make you this guarantee
No way November will see our goodbye
When it comes to December it's obvious why
No one wants to be alone at Christmas time
In the dark, on the phone
You tell me the names of your brothers
And your favorite colors
I'm learning you
And when it snows again
We'll take a walk outside
And search the sky
Like children do
No way November will see our goodbye
When it comes to December it's obvious why
No one wants to be alone at Christmas time
And come January we're frozen inside
Making new resolutions a hundred times
February, won't you be my valentine?
And we'll both be safe 'til St. Patrrick's Day
We should take a ride tonight around the town
and look around at all the beautiful houses
something in the way that blue lights on a black night
can make you feel more
everybody, it seems to me, just wants to be
just like you and me
No one wants to be alone at Christmas time
Come January we're frozen inside
Making new resolutions a hundred times
February, won't you be my valentine?
And if our always is all that we gave
And we someday take that away
I'll be alright if it was just 'til St. Patrick's Day
