Catch up
So I've been slightly avoiding the issue of updating. It's easier not to sometimes, god forbid I might put my heart on my sleeve, no won't be doing that again, people misinterpret completely.
Temp job
I have a week long job at an insurance company off Hills Road, Cambridge, yay, more money than catering.
Harry Potter (no spoilage)
I decided I needed to do the hype for the last book. I drove to Asda at midnight on Friday in Cambridge, only to be greeted with a sign they wouldn't sell it until 6.30am and then they decided to shut! Not one to be deterred, Mum wanted food shopping as well, I tried Fulbourn Tesco who had an excited queue waiting to get in. So I queued in the cold and Mum shopped. I read mine in about 10 hours. Speed was not my aim, just to get it done within the day, interspersed with toilet and food breaks and a nap from all the energetic reading I'd be doing. I think I enjoyed it, not sure whether I expected the ending I did. I just wanted to get it read before I was spoiled!
Being home
It's nice and chilled, relaxing, apart from slight room naggings which I'd rather have than money worries, small price to pay.
Missing Rice
Rice is off to Vietnam for a month today on holiday with his friends, so I'm a little down. I'll get over it, just hope he keeps safe.
