So Brent and I need to buy a fridge, washer, and dryer when we move in our house. So today at lunch, we went to Spencers to start looking. We put down money on a totally pimped out washer and dryer set! They're Bosch - who is no longer manufacturing washers and dryers, so the last units are on mad clearance. They normally run $1,000 - $1,200 per unit and we got BOTH for $1,100 PLUS the pedestal! Yay! The dryer does some weird steam thing, and the washer is the most energy efficient washer on the market! You don't preselect the water level because the unit will spin a few times weighing the amount of clothes and adjusts the water level appropriately!

And I got approval from our lender to order a fridge through the builder, so the price can be combined with our loan. I know it'll be more expensive that way, but we wont have enough cash for the washer, dryer, and fridge. We still need to landscape the backyard, among other stuff. So this way the fridge will be installed and ready to go when we move in. One less thing to worry about!

I also bought 25 boxes off someone on Craigslist. My first time doing that. I was nervous, but the dude lives only a couple miles from work and home and he was actually really nice. I can go back and purchase more if I need to.

I just can't see how this would not work out. It's one of the those times where everything is coming together so perfectly, it feels like it's meant to be! My heart is totally going to be broken if we don't get approved for the loan. Friggin' real estate market!

Alexis is continuing to do well! My mom is still having a hard time getting over this. So my mom is keeping Alexis and Jayce Friday night to spend some time with them. Then she will get to see that Alexis is completely fine. But it leaves me all alone for the night! Brent will be working and can't call out. Not a clue what I'm gonna do - no money! :(

What an insane month September is going to be. But at least if everything goes as planned, we will have a house to decorate for Halloween and a neighborhood to trick-or-treat in!
