I really like the amount of sensory detail. Helps me imagine the setting so much better.
The thing with the nameplates is charming (or maybe creepy).
I love this line: “Seriously man,” he continued, “You saying ghosts are having ghosts now?”
Nicely suspenseful ending to the chapter.
