I also made blue mashed potato balls rolled in lemon sauteed walnuts, lemon pepper noodles and a garlic wheat bread.
It has been a long time since I've enjoyed cooking dinner for someone else this much.
On another note, Im going to get rid of lj. There's really no point in keeping it with facebook and myspace and whatnot, and it s not like I have time to update those as much as anyway. I'll be phasing out sometime this week. Let me know if you guys post your blogs anywhere else so that I may add you there.
