Wedding progress post

(I posted this on the wedding plans community but in case anyone else is interested...)

Ok fellow planners, here it is... the massive progress post. I'm warning you- TONS of pics.....

Ok... to recap, ours is a destination wedding in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico, where I was born and raised. To see who we are, see the avatar and visit our wedding website. (Check out the "wedding events" link and you can see where everything will be at).
There you can learn about the venue as well, which is the Water Club. It is on this beach, where I grew up:

The airport in Puerto Rico is really close to the Water Club, which is super close to where I grew up:

The Rings:

My E ring and wedding band-

The Veil:

The Garter:

The Shoes:

Save the Date magnets:

Invitations:

(There is also a map insert card that the amazing
uber_deutsch has created for us using his mad illustrator skills. I will post a pic of it later when I have mounted it on its proper backing.)

The favors, with and without tea (I like the look without tea better... what do you think?)

You can see our favor tags up there, and here they are:

The actual ceremony will be held on this terrace, overlooking the beach:

The following are centerpiece mockups. I am missing a 6" tall cylinder, so imagine that it is there- I used a shorter cylinder I had laying around instead.
One cylinder will have water with a submersible blue led light and a floating candle. Another cylinder will have a blue hydrangea puff, another will have sand with a candle ontop. I am not sure what will go where or in which cylinder, so I played around with a few combos. All are on my own ivory napkins just for effect- everything will be on a stark white tablecloth. Our colors are aqua, blue and sand. This is the room that we will have the reception in. Note the super ORANGE ceiling:

(Imagine it at night, without the wierd chair covrs. We will actually be using all white everything, with super skinny covers on tall, super narrow backed chairs. There are also tiny blue lights ontop of where that side "curtain" is, which will give it a nice glow).

Mockups:

The centerpieces are surrounded by beach glass:

I have these cool capiz shell plates:

But I don't know what to do with them. The hallways of the hotel have waterfalls behind capiz shell curtains, so I wanted to bring the look inside to the reception. Something like this

 or this

might work but I need better ideas. Neither appeal to me very much.

The toasting flutes:

Our card box, which is a work in progress made by my FH and his awesome paper mache skills :) :

The cake will look like this (same colors and decoration):

But it will be shaped like these and will have these dimensions:

Bouquet inspirations: (I want mini flame colored calla lillies- sorry if I stole a pic from you!!!)

I love this, and would like to do something similar for our sweetheart table, but at this point it is merely an idea:

And as you can see in the mockups, I want blue hydrangeas for the tables:

For the boutonniers for FH, Best Man, my dad and his dad something like this with a flame calla only:

My FH will be wearing something similar to this guy:

His best man will wear something similar as well.

The MoH will wear this:

When you enter the floor where the ceremony and reception will be, will have some wedding graffiti on the wall, just like this one, but in our colors:

Still to figure out are :

programs and place cards (will have the same style as favor tags)
music
er.... what am I forgetting?

I'll be doing my own makeup and have a hair appointment already......

We are honeymooning for 3 nights in Old San Juan at the Milano Hotel and for 5 nights at Disney World.

If you made it through all that, congratulations! And thanks!!!!!
