[The writing is messy, he's using a small paintbrush and his paints.]
I can play hide and seek better now!! Come find me!!!
[[ooc: He's been de-aged to a toddler. And is very enthusiastic about being more youthful.]]

It figured Youth would be happy with this... He plopped down beside Youth.]
Don't get any on the floor or beds.

At Bell's statement, Youth looked around the floor he was laying on.]
None yet! Gonna play! Come on!
Reply
No. I don't want to.
...Can't we ...take a nap?
Reply
No! Sleeping is boring! I want to play hide-and-seek!

Then, you hide. I'll seek you out. Better start looking for a spot. [He puts his chubby kid hands over his eyes.]
1... 2... 3...

[Fluffing the throw pillow, his voice is deadpan.] Oh, where is Youth? He is such a good hider. And so small. I cannot find him.
[He snuggles up on the pillow. Would it be wrong to try reading his book in this form?]

He peeks in.]
Youth? [He moves a few towels. ...Youth didn't climb, did he? Will the shelves even support both of them? One way to find out. Bell climbs up onto the first shelf he can reach.
Wait, what did he just set his hand in? ...Youth was pottytrained, right? Or...wait. ...Green? He didn't bring the paints with him...did he?]

Then the shelf creaked. Youth blinked, pretty sure that was a bad noise. But crouched-down little bodies don't move all that fast, and he hardly had time to un-crouch before the shelf collapsed, dropping them in a pile of towels.]
You broke my hiding spot.

And there was paint. Everywhere. Ugh.
He scooted closer to his tiny roommate and poked Youth's nose with a green-paint-covered finger.]
But I found you. I win.
Reply
Now you have to hide with a green nose!
[As he half-climbed, half-crawled out of the closet, Youth looked at the main door of the house.]
We could try outside too!
Reply
When Youth mentioned the front door, Bell looked. Outside? Outside Youth could probably get into trouble... Then again, it might be fun if they didn't try going to far. As much stumbling and wobbling as this body did, Bell was pretty sure they could...play a decent game of tag or something, maybe. It might be nice to be outside.
One problem.]
The door's closed. How do we reach the doorknob?
Reply
Youth looked over at the door.]
Chair? Then we have to climb on the chair. I do not know how high we can get...
Reply
Mmm. We could try. I'll probably need your help to get the chair to the door.
[The dining-room chairs weren't exactly heavy, normally, but now they were big and awkward. Bell climbed to his feet, toddled over to the chair and gave it a tug. Yeah, he'd need help, or he would end up pulling it down on him as soon as it hit a snag. Wouldn't that be fun.]

[Youth got up, working on not tripping over his shirt. It was pretty hard to wear this, but it wasn't like he had any other options. Toddling over, he gave the chair a bit of a push. It was going to take all of their combined weight to move this thing. Oh well. It was exercise, even if his body was much weaker than it should be.]
We are going to need to push and pull together. On the count of three?
