My name is Gai.

You may use it or Youth as you would like. I have not been very youthful of late; Gai might fit better. But I will not be upset whichever one someone uses.

If anyone who is without their weapons needs assistance with the basics of hand-to-hand, I am available to instruct.

I think the name is growing on me. It's better than Youth, at least.

I am glad it is growing on you. Though there was nothing wrong with Youth. I liked Youth.

Maybe if you're 12 years old or under.

I am not a child. Youth and Spring are noble concepts, and it was a fitting name.

Spring sounds girly, Youth sounds too young. But, whatever. Just don't be surprised when giving your name as "Youth" doesn't work to pick up women.

My name is Gai. So now if I find someone that I wish to "pick up" I do not have to worry about either of those coming off the way you think they do.

Instead you'll come off...what was it you said earlier? Manly? Maybe that will work for you.

I always come off as manly.

It takes a man to wear it. And it is perfect for training and freedom of movement.

Right. I'm sure it is.
