MAN it's been a long time since I wrote in this thing. Lots has been happening. I've been Busy with work and I went on vacation to Utah and Cali!
Ive been puting alot of over time into work. And now im rollin in the dough. lol
I love the people I work with. My Chef is sooo awesome! He let me go on vacation even tho we just started. I was soo worried there for a while that I wouldn't get that time off. All the sous chefs are awesome! They are all like my brothas. We have a good time.
But its tough, cause ive been apointed without knowing as the lead in the prep kitchen. I usually don't like to be the lead over anything. But since I know what I'm doing they automatically apoint me the lead. But it's cool in a way that I can make people do things that I dont wanna do lol.
Its been soo awesome, there are these Bulgarian people working with us for 4 months in an exchange program. It's been soo great talking to them and learning more about their country and stuff. I work with a bulgarian girl named Polly. Shes soo cute and nice. Her birthday is on my brithday also and she is 20 too! So we are like twins from across the world. lol
Then there is this Bulgarian guy that is 20 also.Oh My... he is soo sweet! He has a harder time understanding me than Polly does so he has been asking me how to say some words in english and stuff. haha its kinda cute. He is one of the dishwashers. And over the past couple days we have been flirting so much!
I got back from my vacation and was walkin into work and he saw me and got all excited. He was all "where were u?""oh ur hair is soo cute" in his sweet bulgarian accent. hehe and his huge handsome smile. Then I gave him and Polly and another lady I work with a pen form disneyland and he loved it so much. I was laughing cause he was soo greatful for a lil pen. Then the rest of the day and yesterday he was doing stuff like walking up to me and dancing up close behind me to the music we were listening to and spraying me with water when I walk by hahaha fun times. And opening up the door for me. On the buss he was talking to Polly in bulgarian and he would keep stairing at me. It was making me uncomfy lol but oh well at least its him and not some creepy fella. So ya soon we are gonna go bowling together. Me polly and melon(thats his name) and maybe the other bulgarian guys. that would be fun!
But it kinda sucked yesterday, I was bringing 3 gallons of clam chowder down to the waiters and cooks and stuff and I put them on a sucky cart that had a broken handle and so when I was getting off the elevator there was my sous chef and some other dude behind me with some big cart and they were kinda rushing me so when I was pushing the cart off the elevator the cart tipped cause it got stuck in that crack getting off the elevator and 2 of the clam chowder pots slid off the cart through the opening and dumped all over the floor. It was humiliating:( I swear im going to hate clam chowder when I get done with this job. haha. And that story is going to be around for a lonnnnggg time. all the rest of the day people were asking"who spilled the clam chowder?" *sigh* ohh well. things like that happen. Im just glad it wasnt worse.
Anywayysss, my trip was sooo fun! i went to disney land and they have so many new things there this year that i have never seen. The firework show was amazing. I went to the beach and got a lil color. OOh yess and i went to san Diegoooo to see Devin!! WahOooO! it was fun while it lasted... like an hour, psh. Devin your so fun! and your family is nice! I hope to see u again soon! WahOo!
