Optimus Prime • ichooseboth ; LETS SEE. My goal for Optimus is to continue having him grow as a person as well as a leader. Learning that he doesn't always have to sacrifice everything to help others is coming along fairly well, but he still needs to get out more. And be more proactive and such.
→ (family related) 'His' Autobots are (distant) family to him, but it's only he people he's closest to that are really his 'family' in his spark. In axiom, that's only really become Ironhide, Ratchet, and maybe someday wee!Prime are the only people he's close to...and no, he really hasn't opened up to any of them. He needs to. Suppression is bad. More people working their way in close/current family types working their way in closer or getting more interaction would be great. I'd kill for a IDW Elita or Magnus here though, bawww.
Hanging with other Autobots, especially some of the newer ones would be awesome.
→ (friendship related) Optimus making new friends - especially people he doesn't feel obligated to lead/guide, unlike other Autobots - is something he probably needs. Roger and Pepper are doing well, and he likes meeting beings of other species. :D
Even sneaky cons trying to earn his trust or something would be fine with me. ...Screw you too, Magnum. He's still more pissed about the betrayal of trust then anything else.
→ (romance related) ....hahahahahahah. Um. Yeah. When it comes to romance, Optimus is only willingly going to get into something with someone he trusts completely, and can open up to completely, without worrying about those damned differences in rank. And he doesn't let himself get close to people, much like with the friends/family groups.
...Basically it's not likely to happen. Unless drunken deus ex machina steps in. |3
