45 weeks? thats almost a year. We will have to fix that.

I stopped using myspace. I didn't just stop I deleted all my friends. So even if i wanted to go back it wouldn't do me much good. I couldn't delete the profile because I no longer have the e-mail address it was registered in.

My reasons? Myspace has changed alot... way too much. There was this premise myspace was built on and somewhere in its reign they dropped it and sold us all out to Rupert Murdoch. Now Rupert Murdoch himself hasn't ruined myspace, but his company which is solely fed by advertisement money has destroyed one too many sacred things... like for instance Journalism. Myspace prohibits you from using key terms and blocks the use of certain URLs. Rupert Murdoch wants us to be complacent crops. Taking in every message from his politically ultra right wing conservative agenda.

Unfortunately like all extremes... Rupert Murdoch and his tyranny over the media (e.g. myspace) is going against constitutional conservatism and is denying his users their most fundamental rights to free speech. Therefore after years of my own complacency I realized and was awaken to this truth.

This is the internet. The epitome of cultural democracy, free speech, thought, and exchange of information. We should not stand for any type of censorship or hazardous commercialization of such a raw resource.

While children in China are prohibited nationwide from websites like youtube that hosts content that is against their national agenda... People in the states should not sit idly by as we conform to a censorship set by corporate tyrant of our very own MADE IN THE USA internet.
