Crazy Lunch
Today I was at the gym at lunchtime doing a quick warm-up on the treadmill.
And then the guy four treadmills down literally dropped dead.
Luckily, his heart stopped beating in a gym surrounded by people trained in CPR and very close to one of those portable defibrillators.
And now he is dead no longer. In fact, he was sitting up before they took him away in the ambulance.
