I have finally had my first exam. So many people had finished before I'd even started. But now I am underway and that exam is finally gone. Goodbye Natural Hazards and GIS! It went pretty well too, especially considering the minimal amount of studying I had put into it.
I came home this evening, with hazard response and GIS software still at the front of my mind. The first person I saw was Dad standing in the kitchen in his orange SES jumpsuit. What was he doing? Did I miss some sort of violent storm? Was there a flooded area nearby?
No. He was going to Haberfield to make sure the crowds don't get too rowdy over the soccer match tonight.
Is a drought soccer match a natural hazard?
