I HAVEN'T POSTED IN ALMOST THREE YEARS
I haven't posted in almost three years, and looking at my LJ is actually so cringeworthy, but I'm nostalgic for my friends missalonso sumrndmgrl july_v sparksfly and others so...
In the last three years so much has changed, including an increasing disllusionment with my beloved Real Madrid and with football in general. I'm also a senior in college now, and my degree is actually Global Studies and Hispanic Linguistics, so I actually went on to study Spanish.
However, after reading my last few entries, I am very happy to report that I have conclusions on those posts:
1) I went to Spain in 2014 to study abroad, and it was incredible and it was a dream come true. I saw Real Madrid win La Decima (admittedly it was in a bar in Sevilla), and I visited the trophy room and saw the trophy a week later.
2) As of literally three weeks ago, almost three years after my most recent post (where I am curious about the ~ahem~ prowess of Spanish boys), I found out for myself. I validate everything I thought to be true. 10 days, California, and a very handsome Spanish friend. That's all I'm saying.
And in case you were wondering whether I was using him to fill my Spanish fetish, no, he was actually a close friend of mine and I never expected the whole thing to happen.
3) I'm applying to move to Spain for a year, and it's crazy to see how it all started.
4) On a sad note, I also found that my friend Fenrir has been missing for almost a year and none of our online friends can contact him. I hope we can track him down soon.
