Here are the results of the friendlies played between some of Spain's regional squads and other countries:
Israel/Palestine vs Andalucía: 1-3
Spanish NT players from Andalucía - Sergio Ramos (called up but didn't play), Joaquín (not called up), José Antonio Reyes
The Basque Country vs Serbia: 4-0

Spanish NT players from TBC - none that played
TBC's squad:
Athletic Club: Aritz Aduriz, Joseba Etxeberrria, Igor Gabilondo, Andoni Iraola, Javi Martínez, Luis Prieto, Iosu Sarriegi, Ismael Urzaiz and Fran Yeste.
Real Sociedad: Mikel Aranburu, Gaizka Garitano, Javi Garrido, Mikel Labaka, Aitor López Rekarte, Xabi Prieto and Gari Uranga.
Recreativo de Huelva: Javier López Vallejo and Aitor Tornavaca.
Espanyol: Gorka Iraizoz.
Toulouse: Pantxi Sirieix.
I think most of us don't know any of these players but since they're in the regional squad, there's a good chance that some of them might play for the NT one day. :)
