I really enjoyed this. The delving you did into her psyche was very poignant, very blunt, and just very Anko. How you've written her is her to perfection--as I could see how she'd have loved Orochimaru--he who gave her everything, all her hope, all her strength--and then left her like nothing.

But, even though he's gone, she's still haunted by him and what could have been. Again, wonderful.

And you aren't the only one ripping their hair out over how the series is going.

Thank you! Writing from Anko's perspective and making her 'vulnerable' without making her out to be weak was hard, as I didn't want to diminish the strong personality she projects. So I'm really glad you found it in character :D

I keep reading it just for the sake of the couple of characters I really love. *cries*
