(no subject)
yesterday was awsome!! jess came over so we could watch the cananda/russia game but then uncle andrew and grandpa came and took us to the spits game. we had front row seats right against the glass! frickin' sweet! for once, rather than critising- jess and i played our 'rate the spitfires' game. well, we came to the conclusion that owen sound had a way hotter team then our spits. boy crazy??nahhhh... anywho, it was fun hanging out with uncle andrew- i forgot how into hockey he was! oh, and i saw jeff which was really cool. =)
tooooodayyyy fran and alex came over so we could go skating at lansbeary. i had to teach fran and alex how to skate!! lmao it was horrible, i would lap them then i would have to wait for them. fran kept grabbing my arm so i could help her skate. then i told her she was doing fine, let go, and.....she ran down a little girl. ooops. i love being on the ice, it's been so long and it felt so good. i've come to the conclusion that i want to be a hockey player!! buttttttttt....screw that because it would be too hard to join a league since everyone would have been playing since they were little. bah humbug :( wow. i'm no star athlete but i've wanted to be:
-a figure skater when i was little
-a football player when i was quite the tomboy long ago. i was actually pretty good but c'on...as if.
-oh god---here's a good one: a wrestler. yupp, little me a wrestler. that was pretty much all i wanted to be when i was younger. thank god i've matured somewhat (though i still watch old wrestling,tna and ufc)
-a soccer player ever since i was little and i suppose i will always play
-a hockey player even when i was little but NOOOOO dad would never sign me up...bonehead....
wow. i totally veered off topic. after skating we went to tres bean cafe for some frapps and to eat and we met up w/ jess. thennnnn home sweet home trying to entertain myself until the leafs vs. calgary game is on. *yawn*
