(no subject)
Sooo, everything's been a little up in the air the past few days.
Christy isn't talking to me. I'm relatively sure it isn't something I've done - she's been stressed about a bunch of tests and feels like people are taking a lot from her, and not giving anything back. Actually, hopefully it isn't me. When I have a bad day, I always want to talk about it or just have a hug, but with Christy, I think she just kind of reverts back into herself. I just hope she starts talking to me again soon. (I cleaned the room for her...I hope she notices!)
Nobody on our floor really wanted to build a shack for Shack-a-thon. I was pretty disappointed, but I think we're going to get free ice cream from Coldstone (which is still philantropic...I swear). It just sucks because I'm so into Habitat and when no one wants to do an activity I'm excited about...it sucks. I think t-shirts are working out though and we won our volleyball game last night!
I'm really happy with our residents overall. Everyone is sooooo nice, and no one is smashed drunk all the time...(though some people...). But it genuinely seems like all our girls want to be friends. Which I love! I'm also really happy with my neighbors, Sarah and Joanna, who are the nicest girls! They're from San Diego and as it's been getting cold, they've slowly started to freak out. It's quite entertaining. I've had some good talks with them and Jessica, Julie, and Diane in the past couple of days. They invited me to go have margaritas with them tomorrow night, which, while adorable, is not going to happen. I appreciate the invite though and I think we're going to go to Tanner's Orchard on Saturday. Which is the day I'm also supposed to have a test run of what I'm wearing and doing with my hair for Evan's wedding. I'm glad Courtney will be helping with that!
