I can't believe today happened. Up until the moment I lost sight of her, wearing her cowboy hat, sneakers with no socks, and holding a cooler for her birth control, it was all a joke. She wasn't ACTUALLY moving to Israel and I wasn't ACTUALLY losing my best friend. But there we were, sobbing hysterically in the Toronto airport, knowing we wouldn't see each other's faces until December. I literally am at a loss for words when I think about it. Everything I do and hear that reminds me of her starts my tears again. I just can't believe it happened.
