December 4 Christmas meet complete!
I felt so happy I could go to the Christmas meet in San Jose, because I let my dad know about it last minute, and I've been procrastinating my book project for over two months and it's due in a few days, plus I have to sign some papers, and prepare for finals!! BUSYBUSYBUSY
I was WWII military uniform Christmas Italy.
This might have been the only time I'd wear the outfit because it's only suitable for me for winter (unless I take the jacket off), I don't wear it very often anyway, and it's inaccurate. I'd love to get a new and better one, but it costs money and I'm poor, and I wouldn't know what to do with the old one.
So I arrived early at the event, unsure about where to park (my parents proposed an unloading parking space, which would break the rules) and we soon found a few cosplayers (a lot of cosplays I couldn't recognize because I'm behind on everything except Canada and some Vocaloids such as Kaito and Gakupo) who brought cupcakes and candy!
As time went on, more cosplayers came, such as Christmas Link, Gothic Lolita Miku, more cosplays I couldn't recognize (FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE QAQ ), and photographers, including the leader of the event.
Vocaloids!
I think this is a reference to something, but I wouldn't know what it is.

There were also candy cane sword fights xDD
And golfing with pokémon!
So after the majority of us met up, we decided to roam around the park for a little bit, hoping to find people who might not have seen us.
We then moved to the convention centre to hang around for a bit.
I got some photos with an adorable photographer Miku (if anyone knows if she has a dA let me know please! D: ) and tried talking to people (I'm so shy!! ;A; )
I was feeling hungry at this point, and was in the mood for pasta or something.
We decided to walk around again, and I was complaining the whole time for pasta.
While walking through the park again, we saw some recognizeable trees...
Mario tree! (and Weegee xD )
and an anime/cartoon tree!

Canada and Totoro Kumajiro were also playing a hand game (too cute!)
We took a bit of a group shot here xD
We wandered past some carnival rides and some more cosplayers arrived! Including Maria who I haven't seen since Fanime! *hugs*
We then stopped at a place that had a sculpture of a bear (I don't know the place), and some cosplayers decided to have food, so I joined them.
Some were going to Johnny Rockets (but I wasn't in the mood for a grilled sandwich that I might not end up eating) so I joined some cosplayers (Austria, photographer and Gothic Mikus, Shizuo, Izaya, and Soul Eater) for Chinese food! (aka pasta's cousin xD )
Gothic Miku had to go home early, and I ate about half of my food, and only half of that got into the take away box (because I'm terrible at putting food into take away xDD;; ) it got dark very early (around 5 PM!) and the day felt like it was coming to an end! BUT NOT YET!!
We met up with those who were at Johnny Rockets and met up with more cosplayers!
Some of them wanted to go ice skating, and so we stuck by for a while before deciding to find everyone else.
We went back to the park and couldn't find anyone, so after a while, one of us tried calling the leader, who told us where they were, so we went to go find them, which we did! :D
We then all walked together to the convention centre again, where we stayed.
I mainly got to talk with Gakupo the rest of the time, as well as Maria, and occasionally walk from group to group collecting deviantarts. (I wish I had a Facebook but I'm kinda nervous to get one! D: )
These two were so cute~
After about an hour of fun, I got really tired and decided to call it a day.
When I was giving my goodbyes, I got a HUGE group hug from a lot of them (I couldn't tell how many, but it felt like a lot)
I haven't had such a hug like that in a long time! I felt so happy and not wanting to leave the day!
So I went home after about an hour, and went to the computer trying to finish a drawing and say "hi" to everyone, before finishing by 11 PM and getting to bed before midnight! D:
It was so much fun, you guys were so nice and awesome!!
This is the last anime meet for the year for me, I'm glad it was a great one, and I hope everyone has happy holidays with family, friends, or anyone you can spend the holidays with! ouo
