(no subject)
Aside from having no caffeine at all today (blaaaaah) and as such having one of those Worst Headaches Ever, today's been pretty much awesome.
Pizza when I woke up. I didn't even know we had it, but there was apparently leftover pizza from... somewhere... yay! The kitchen power issue is still ...an issue, and no one knows why. Which shouldn't amuse me, but it does, and all I can think about is how I'm glaaad the light outside doesn't work 'cause that means no moths get in. XD
Youth group tonight was okay, I guess. I was gleeful-excited-bouncy at first because I was told the board was being rearranged and re-labeled, but it was also re-EQ'd, and that turned out to be a bad thing 'cause nothing sounded right and I spend the majority of the time re-re-EQing it. :P
Also, on a sad note; Adam L's grandfather's either dying or just died, and so he wasn't there today, went up north for the funeral / whatever. :( This makes me sad, 'cause being one of My People, he's not allowed to be sad even if he logically can-and-should be.... Meh. Hopefully he'll be back on Wednesday, and okay. :)
Um, after youth group we went to see my momma! It's weird, it's not like she's normally here that much anymore, since she's always working until the surgery, but now it's just weird not having her here. :( So I hope she gets better and comes home soon, but seeing her wandering around with a walker makes me see very much why she's at my grandparents' and not here. She'd not be able to walk around here... um, at all really. Dangerous.
Highlight of my night was driving home from my grandparents', in the bed of the truck, in the cold, looking at the stars and listening to music. Seriously, there's not a whole lot better'n that. :)
...And in other news, this soda (lemon soda of some kind) is SOUR and makes me think I might actually die from it. And at the same time, though, it's pretty good. :)
