(no subject)
So... I have learned a couple of things today.
- I have severely traumatized SamMuse, apparently... so channeling him tonight has been interesting. If by interesting one means I am jumping at everything ever invented in the universe. Seriously. particolor THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT (not really, and I love you anyway). NO MORE TORMENTING SAMMY FOR A LITTLE, OKAY GUYS? You know, other than making Sam run away and offer himself to Gordon and killing Dean and whatever your huge dramatic secret plans are that you won't tell me about.
- Sam helpfully supplies that he would really like pancakes right now. *headdesk*
- I cannot listen to people read fics. I discovered "podfics" recently and thought that was really quite a neat concept, but ...I don't know. I can't do it. It doesn't work the same. It can be a text!fic I adore, but listening to it just makes me feel weird and not like it. It's weird, because I can listen to the audio tracks of episodes just fine and still follow along and have my interest held, but any time I've heard someone just reading something, I get all antsy and turn it off. Same is true for those books-on-tape or whatever, also, which I've only listened to like two of them ever. So, yeah. I like reading better than listening, as far as stories go.
- Sprite is horrible for my ovaries, ohhhman. Low sodium claims or not, it's agonizing, and it's not even an appropriate time of the month for them to be acting up (or... I don't think it is? One can never tell, with me, though!). Rawr.
