OH INTERNET. I'VE MISSED YOU. *CLINGS*
So today is the opening of the Wolverine movie. I am pretty shocked at how mellow I am about this - Gambit! X-Men! I should be bouncing off the walls at least a little bit, right? Only instead I am calmly uneasy because I have a feeling Gambit's going to get butchered horribly as a character. Also, age issues. *proverbial nail-biting* But there are like fifty geeks hovering outside the theater and it's both adorable and hilarious how anxious they are. <3
In other news, I didn't die last night even though it was Supernaturalday Thursday and I couldn't watch my shooooow. Someone should tell me something about it, though, to feed the craving for it, because it probably will be at least a week before I can see it? Or does the CW's website post their episodes quickly? Whatever, someone give me spoilers to make the flailing stop.
Relatedly I discovered that my mom is afraid of spoilers, and also that she thinks Jensen Ackles should be in the coming G.I. Joe movie (I say no, because, um, he should be doing EPIC THINGS he's really awesometalented guys) because she saw a poster for it and then her brain automatically apparently went "ASKLJAHPAJ DEAN IN CAMO" and she told me and I was sort of like "...??!" and she totally digs him. So I put a wallpaper on her computer for her which has him on it. Because I'm awesome.
Um and the theater is supposed to open in three minutes, and only one employee besides my mom is here so far, and it's sort of weird and doesn't feel like it's only 10:45 in the morning. Feels like 2pm or something. Hm.
