My life is seriously.. laughable? I don't know. It would make such a fantastic Lifetime story though.
London was great. Like absolutely fantastic. I met so many people, had a great time. My interview went very well, I was offered a place at UCL! Which is great, it's not my first choice.. but certainly a place that I would attend.
Oxford was by far my favorite. Which kind of sucks. I love London.. I do.. but I think that I want that classic collegiate experience. I had such a lovely day there, hung out with the Rugby team, met with the tutor's at Christ Church and Magdalen.. gahh. I have a shot of getting in.. well, as good of a shot as anyone else I would suppose. It's just that their admissions is so much more predictable. My interview is in a week.. however..
I got back Monday and have been at 11 doctor's since then. I had emergency surgery yesterday. Lovely isn't it? They thought I had cancer... now it just seems that I have a horrible raging infection throughout my chest.. they had to remove a mass off of my breast basically.. and they think the infection may have spread into my heart and lungs and... they just don't even know what to do.
It's all very exciting. haha.. ahhh... I don't think it's something fatal.. well for now, but it is certainly fucking me up. I am so sick, plus I have an Oxford interview in NYC a week from Monday.. and if I miss that i will have to fly over to England in December for an interview and I just can't afford that right now.
