It is hardly exciting when you've been around for 200 odd years, but this year's had been indeed, a joyful one.

To be more precise, I've already achieved one of my resolutions-  a lovely session with Chrome-chan~

Merely reinforcing your school rule of no deviancy on campus... by fracturing such a bond between students, Dean.

...Goes to show that the baby really should have taken my advice and clarified his meaning of "deviancy". Childish crushes are not against the rules, illusionist, however sickening they may sometimes be. And no, Byakuran's nightly actions on your beloved descendant are not against the rules either, much though I would like to bite them both to death.

Very well, though that still matters little to me. You see, it is against my rules. These flirtations are weaknesses Vongola needs to be rid of, and I shall be the one to enforce them.

Yet you referred to it as "your school rule", which means you are contradicting yourself just now. Besides, this is, indeed, a school. That means those attending are subject to the rules of the school, not your personal whims. If not for such "flirtations", your precious Vongola line would have died out long since.

I see no contradiction as long as it's my game we are playing. Your school is merely my playground. If not for this weak feelings Vongola would be ruling the world already.

In any case, why do you care so much, Hibari Kyoya? Is that horse of yours turning you into a herbivore?

I have little care for Vongola, or the mafia world in general. All I care about is that the rules of the schools are followed. I am committed to overseeing those rules, as well as to protecting the students from any perceived threats, whether they be from outside the university or from within.
