Bad Emma, bad bad bad...... introducing Meg
Hello.
No, I'm not dead, I'm still here and I've also been naughty. After telling myself (and other people) over and over again "Widget is more than enough to sate my bjd lust", I've gone and bought myself a big 'un. Strictly speaking it's a UK based adoption programme as Hevs had decided to let her move on (thank you! :) ), but nevertheless I still cracked and stumped up the transfer fee to bring her to sunny Leeds.
I've had her for a while now, so I decided I ought to stop being a slackarse and take some photos of her. For those of you that don't know, her name's Meg. I've tried to think of another one, but it's mission impossible once a dolly has been christened - so Meg it is, and here is a mug shot:
Widge seems to like her too, which is a relief.
In other news, the wedding plans, after initially seeming simple are now becoming a bit more stressful. Deciding who to invite is getting more tricky as some people are proving too doddery and tricky to bring. One thing is definite though, this little kiddywink, in about a year and a bit will be my bridesmaid:

I've discovered the comedy joy that is Green Wing.
My new favourite band is the Klaxons - they made me smell the sweatiest I have ever smelt in my life when I went to see them in Sheffield.
For some reason I am enjoying watching Crufts.
My godson is a freak child - he's 3 months old and weighs over a stone, behold the tubbiness:
He's in the top 1% in the country for his height and the top 5% for his weight.
