Living in the Overlap by Steve Schaefer

a review by Lady Hannah

According to his short biography featured on the back of the book shown above, Steve Shaefer  has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Regent University's School of Divinity.  In his book Living in the Overlap, he discusses the spiritual warfare that exists in the present age, and how there is a clash between to ages.  What are the two ages?  What is this clash?  This is an example of the topics covered in his book, with the purpose of demonstrating to the reader, as we find on the back cover, how to "share the gospel more effectively".  This book is full of theology, advice, and big-picture perspective of the present time that we live in, and what we can do to make a difference for Christ.  This book might appeal best, in my opinion, to young adults in their 20s on up.  While I find it an interesting book, some (especially the younger crowd) may find it a bit wordy.  I recommend you read it for yourself! =)

Disclosure: GlassRoad Public Relations gave me a complimentary copy of Living in the Overlap in return for my honest review.
